Kathy, we have time to view some options, if we decide to use an overseas vendor then we need to order ASAP. Chinese New Year is Jan 13 - 31, 2012 which means anything imported for this project will have to ship prior to the middle of Jan which means we should order no later than next week.

Found and spoke with 3 additional vendors of these at the show; here's the results below. I'll confirm pricing and delivery time line Friday 1/7 and post as soon as I receive. I've put samples in the mail to your attention you should received early next week Mon/Tues. We decide then and will make window time line.

Very cool; configuration allows not only cleans screen but can be folded to create a kick-stand for viewing videos etc. He's at the show and I'll speak with him first thing in morning about pricing, turn time and custom card insert.

Numerous sizes to choose from and prices vary based on size. All come mounted on a card for easy hand-out. Card is imprinted 4/c both sides, back has 'operating instructions' printed black on 1/3rd of card.

Series "S" is smallest at 1" square or circle or .8" x 1.3" rectangle
Series "A" = 1.1" sq or circle; .8" x 1.6" rectangle; .9" x 1.4" oval; couple of other oddball shapes
Series "B" = 1.3" sq or circle; 1.1" x 1.5" rectangle; teddybear, oval & heart shapes available
Series "C" = 1.5" sq or circle; 1.1" x 1.8" rectangle
Series "T" for tablet are 1.8"; Series "D" for notebook are 2.2" and Series "P" are 2.4" x 3.4"

Price includes 4/c imprint on the 'DigiClean' cleaner and 4/c card printed both sides. Card size is 3.5" x 6" or biz card size 2" x 3.5"; price is the same.
DigiClean Original vs. 'DigiCleanPlus': Original works on all phones, Plus has super adhesive which works better on latest model phones with textured cases and protection pieces people are using now. General populous use either, if recipients are cutting edge techies with the latest device than upgrade to the Plus series. Set Up is $95 for any size or quantity and includes the pad & card.

Time line - 3 weeks from proof approval and budget at least 2 - 3 days for the proof. Production is overseas and with Chinese NY I want to order no later than 12/15/11.

We can add an e-Grip non-slip 1" x 2" strip to any of the above for an additional $1.20

And now for the knock-offs…

Vendor is Vispak out of Quebec. Production runs 7 - 10 days. Limited to 2" x 3" card, imprinted 1-4/c both sides, cleaner printed 4/c. Card is inserted in a cello bag. We have a smaller imprint area on the card and choose from 3 shapes: 1 1/8" sq or circle and 1 1/2" x 3/4" rectangle (compares to Series "B") and Original adhesion above.

Not exactly a 'cutting edge' web site but pricing is good for generic card: 500 @ $1.20; 1,000 @ $1.10; 2,500 @ $1.00. Set up is $100 for 4/c. Packaging is b/w info card only in cello bag. For custom 4/c imprint card (biz card size) add 40¢ plus $75 set up pushing price beyond the others.

Alternate Idea - lens cloths work for: eye glasses, smart phones, computer monitors, jewelry, polishing cloths for anything. Offering a huge imprint area (7" x 6") and imprint both sides 4/c. Machine washable. Both the wife and I wear glasses and have bunches of these which have been laundered dozens of times, some are 4 - 5 years old. That's a long shelf life and thousands of impressions per cloth. Though unit cost will be slightly more, life expectancy is easily 10 times as long. I've quoted both 1-side and 2-side imprint; includes packaging and folded and inserted so the Cadmus logo presents best.
