The 15oz jar is liquid measure and the M&M's are dry measure so we're gonna have to pick up a large bag of M&M's to find out exactly how many dry ounces we have to purchase to fill each jar. M&M Logo'd Candies being dry measure we're stuck purchasing a large bag at King Sooper's to find out exactly how many pounds we'll have to buy to fill each jar (the sacrifices we make!). Short story is burgundy color (appx pms 209) in not imprintable so we'd purchase half our needs in un-imprinted burgundy and the other half in white, pearl or
platinum which we'd imprint with the CDA logo. All candies will have the lower case "m" on one side. Priced per 10 pound bag, blank (burgundy) will be The blank burgundy will cost $138.99 per bag or $13.899/#. Imprinted with 'cda' in arial font price is $237.50/bag or $23.75/#. Logo'd will be $275.49/bag or $27.55/#. If these jars only hold 1/4# dry measure and we mix blank burgundy and imprinted white cost to fill each jar will be $4.69. That's based on purchasing (5) 10# bags.
We need to know how many dry ounces of m&m's it's gonna take to fill a jar and from there we can get accurate pricing.
