Downtown Denver Corporate Temp Lodging Prospects
I'm assuming you'll be meeting/contacting 3 differing levels of prospects.
Below are some examples and if I'm not on target let me know:
- Firms with a gazillion partners, probably has a specific person you'd contact who handles 'housing' needs for temp in-town visitors. This is most likely a salaried employee of the firm, not a partner. Taking care of temp visitors is this persons primary job including theater tickets, dining, entertainment etc. This would be Qwest, Holland & Hart, Ernst & Young LLC;
- Smaller/mid-sized firms 50 - 150 employees. Same situation as above with a primary contact who handles. Person has many hats, this is just one of them. Too many examples to list but this is the largest segment of the available market. Lots of oil/gas companies, law firms, acctg,
- Small less than 50 employees; same demo as 2 but you may actually be dealing with an owner/partner person. This group could also include offices of out-of-state headquartered companies. Most of these you'll be close to the top of the totem pole;
The lip balm makes total sense in Colorado, a grocery shopper would probably work but there are better ways to spend the money. Keep in mind less than 50% are carrying a shopping tote into King's or Safeway and a mucky mucky lawyer partner at H&H would not even know how to find a King's or Safeway let alone carry a grocery shopper with him.
Mouse pad with a window frame for inserting a personal photo. Found these to be the best for getting used 'cause everyone has a wife/husband/child/pet/grandchild they want a photo of close by.
Personalize a pen with the recipient's name laser engraved on the barrel or cap. Includes imprinting the HT logo on dome, the HT name on one side of the cap and the personalization on the opposite side. We can also imprint a message inside the presentation card. The cards can also be structured with a "bounce back". Baceline Investments (in Lodo on Blake St) used these for holiday gifts this past season. Very well received!
