- To shave unit cost we have to change material and/or drop features. Our existing cap pictured immediately below has appx 15,000 flat stitches and then another 4,000 puff for a total of 19,000 stitches on the front;
- Side has another 4,000 stitches and constitutes a 2nd location;

Apollo - item code numbers are links. To use this vendor for lowers minimums we'd need to totally redesign the cap.
Minimum is 48 caps @ $5.07 includes 5,000 stitches in one location; add 41¢ per 1,000 stitches over 5K. Existing design, front embroidery only would be $10.81 each. As soon as we hit 144 pcs this vendor will also want to go overseas for production. I've requested a quote which I should receive Tues/Weds |
