If you're wondering why I included the Red Bird ball cap it's because my mock ups are not the best! True be told, these mock ups are butt ugly! On the left are the mockups we used to create the Red Bird cap. When I started the Red Bird cap project with Front Panel and (2) side panels with embroidery I quoted $10.00 landed FOB L.A., we came in @ $6.50 landed. Now that the excuses are out of the way below is our starting point. From here we talk, change colors, embroidery locations, add and subtract stuff till we're going nuts. I have actual samples of custom caps from this vendor and if we're gonna do these we need to get together so you can see, touch and feel actual fabric weights & colors, quality of the work etc etc. The front logo will be done in yellow puff embroidery with a heavy black outline as is "Red Bird" above. One side has "Breckenridge, Colorado" in a banner, other side has "Altitude 9600' " in a banner, back has "Sisters With Attitude", buckle will have the sun star embossed, sun star design is on the visor. I'm using purple for the cap and magenta for the visor; yellow, black, magenta, orange, gold for embroidery thread colors. Caps below @ 150 quantity would cost appx $12.00 each FOB L.A. (duty & customs and air freight to L.A. included) If we bump the quantity to 300 caps then budget $11 before I talk with the vendor. At 500 caps, budget $10.00 before I talk with vendor. These numbers are heavily padded and I've already sent copies of the images to the vendor for an accurate quote. Your design below has embroidery on front panel, both sides and back plus the star on the visor. Accurate numbers Friday. Time line - if you want these for Bike Week which I'm sure you do then I need to come up there no later than early next week. If we pull the trigger on an order by end of next week, Jan 15th, expect delivery appx last week of March, first week of April and that's if everything goes without any hitches or hiccups.
